Challenge #10: Are you the master of the stairs? Try taking ONLY stairs today!I did this one! Stair, stairs, and more stairs. I was inspired by Apolo Ohno's, How they train video. After my run and strength training today I did stairs. Lot's of stairs. Ran up and down, hopped up, ran down... Finished up the workout with a pilates class.
