Emily Cook on NBC's Today Show

Emily Cook is the United States' best hope of winning Olympic gold tonight in the freestyle aerials final, but it has been anything but easy for her to get to this point. Back on New Year's Eve in 2002, Cook qualified for the Games in Salt Lake City, but soon after, she suffered serious injuries in both her feet and she missed the 2002 Games and couldn't compete on the World Cup circuit for three years. But now she's back and healthy, and ready to win. Check her out on NBC's "The Today Show," and make sure to cheer her on tonight!

3 from US Freestyle Team at Women's Aerials Finals Tonight

Lacy Schnoor

Emily Cook (Belmont, Mass.), Lacy Schnoor (Draper, Utah) and 16-year-old Ashley Caldwell (Hamilton, Va.) have qualified for the finals in the Women’s Aerials competition, tonight at 7:30 p.m. PST.

If NBC started coverage of the Aerials during the Olympic Zone at 7:30 it would almost be live.  Imagine that....   Follow along HERE because we know that isn't going to happen.
